Listening to and knowing what their body truly needs becomes their way of life.

Whether it’s Christmas, whether on a cruise in Mexico with a full buffet every day, or it’s their 50th birthday party, they learn to eat from a place of peace with themselves, peace with their food.

Your body is truly amazing. Regardless of what you think of it. Regardless of its size.

The number on the scale is NEUTRAL.

Loving it is the right way to go if you want to free from dieting and go for a healthy and balanced life.

It sometimes starts with “I have a body”.

Do you know that your body can do many important and amazing things for you each day. It can think, it can take you places, it can support you, your body is actually a very impressive machine!

But are you listening to it?

We’re so used to listening to the noise in our head that we often don’t hear our bodies’ signals of how much food and what type of food we need to fuel it with.

Diets rely on willpower and restriction, which is NOT how naturally slim people eat…

People who go on and off diets tend to overeat again the minute they’re off the diet.

WHY?

BECAUSE THEY HAVE NOT LEARNED HOW TO STOP THEIR EMOTIONAL EATING AND SO THEY SIMPLY CAN’T RELAX AROUND FOOD…

If, like me, you are someone who enjoys good food, you don’t want to live by other people’s rules! Especially not by the diet people’s rules.

We begin our lives as babies eating ONLY when we’re hungry… Then a few grownups, family, teachers, reward us with a sugary treat when we get a good grade, or when we get hurt, or when we say ‘please and thank you’… Slowly, our brain gets into that habit of “rewarding” ourself with a “treat” when we’re “hurt”…

And…that’s the beginning of EMOTIONAL EATING…

Re-learning to eat in tune with your body’s hunger is the way to go to reach a balanced and healthy life.

Eating with pleasure, without responding to an urge, at least for most of the time, is possible. WITHOUT DIETING.

I teach my clients how to love their body again.

They learn that by changing just a few habits long anchored in their brain, they can create a new lifestyle they want to adopt for the rest of their life.

It’s almost an INTRINSIC WAY OF EATING….YOUR MOTIVE TO BE HEALTHY IS DONE FOR ITS OWN SAKE BECAUSE YOU VALUE BEING HEALTHY.
