What you think about yourself is what generates or depletes you of your self-confidence.

Self-confidence is a state of being. It is not the same as self-esteem, which is an evaluation of one’s worth.

Self-confidence is being secure in yourself and in your ability to achieve whatever goal you want in your life.

It is knowing that you can experience any emotions without being harmed. Including failure…

What creates this state of being?

Our beliefs do.

And what are beliefs?

They are just thoughts you practice thinking over and over.

Thinking new thoughts 💭 that create beliefs in your ability to succeed in specific situations or to accomplish a task is a skill that with practice will help boost your self-confidence.

Nothing and no-one is stopping you from thinking these new thoughts NOW.

If for example your goal is to lose 100 pounds, what thoughts to you need to be thinking in order to feel self-confident that you can lose this excess weight?

Here are a few thoughts my clients hold on to as they travel thru this life-changing journey:

Marina said “I’m ready to make space in my head for other things than my weight. I’m ready to stop being stuck.”

Denise said: “I can do this regardless of what’s going on in my life.”

Jennifer said: “I’m all in. I’m making it happen no matter what.”

Thinking thoughts 💭 is always happening, but which thoughts you purposely chose to think to serve your best interest or your best result, THAT IS YOUR CHOICE.

THOUGHTS ARE COMPLETELY OPTIONAL.

SO WHICH THOUGHTS ARE YOU CHOOSING TO THINK IN ORDER TO FEEL CONFIDENT THAT YOU CAN ACCOMPLISH YOUR GOAL?

Book your COMPLIMENTARY session here and let’s get working on saying goodbye to your excess weight and saying hello to the new you ❤️
